For a Belgian company which produces transport materials and which has several international production units, Arphius strenghtened the insight of the management in the value drivers of the company. These insights have led to a turn around in the priorities of the company. Lateron Arphius assisted in structuring a MBO where it coordinated the set up of an extensive financial plan and assisted the management in negotiations with the investors for the MBO.

For a Dutch media company Arphius assisted in a refinement of the strategy; a framework for screening strategic partners was set up. Our team assisted also the shareholders in sales negotiations and coordinated all aspects of the sales process until the closing of the deal with the buyer, an international listed company.

For a Belgian company with a highly commercicial application of an ICT solution, but no track record yet, Arphius refined the business plan into a suited investment memorandum. After a thorough search for investors, a suited financial partner with even an additional support of the management was found. Arphius assisted in the negotiations which lead to an investment scheme tailored to the investment memorandum.
